Execute two commands in the session of Claude Code: claude plugin marketplace add ayghri/i-have-adhd add this skill marketplace, claude plugin install i-have-adhd @ i-have-adhd install skills.

After installation, use the claude plugin list to confirm that i-have-adhd appears in the list. Other clients are not this plug-in mechanism, just copy the skills/i-have-adhd/directory in the package to the client's skills directory as a whole, and the path is written on a client-by-client basis in the official Chinese document.

Don't just look at "Installation successful", verify that the output style has changed. Try this prompt: Use the i-have-adhd skill in this conversation. Describes how to create an empty Git repository in a new folder.

Qualified performance is: the first line is a command such as git init, the steps are numbered, there is no "of course" and "hope to help", and there is no extra courtesy at the end. Failure means the skill is not loaded, check the client version and directory location.

Tapping/i-have-adhd manually is only used once, and most people want it to be like this all the time. The repository provides a SessionStart hook: after creating a markup file in Claude Code, the complete rules are automatically injected at the beginning of each session, and you do not need to enter a command every time.

Some clients (such as Antigravity) do the same by writing ten output disciplines into the Output Style section of the global profile. Each client in INSTALL.en-US.md in the package has given the corresponding optional steps.

Note that the hook changes the default behavior of all sessions, and if you use it to write documents and emails at the same time, it may feel too dry - see the next exit method.

If the current session wants to resume the verbal mode, simply say stop adhd mode or normal mode, and the rules will immediately give way; opening a new session will return to the concise style.

If you don't want it anymore, claude plugin uninstall i-have-adhd and claude plugin marketplace remove i-have-adhd. If you just want to turn it off temporarily, claude plugin disable i-have-adhd is more convenient to open at any time.

A reminder: Let the agent confirm this rule before performing destructive actions, do not turn it off. Simplicity and recklessness are two different things.
