ECC is currently the most popular "agent harness performance optimization system". It prioritizes the development of four lines around skills, intuition, memory, security and research, allowing clients such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, and Kiro to run more stably, cost-effectively, and more controllably.

Installation method: Copy the required skills directory to the client's skills folder, such as .claude/skills/ or the user-level skills directory in the Claude Code project; there are many skills, it is recommended to select as needed, and it will automatically take effect after restarting the session.
