Vector Library slices the code into the embedded space, retrieves the similarity, and you never know why it recalled this segment. Graphify builds real graphs: nodes are concepts, edges are deterministic relationships like calls/imports/inherits.

Each edge is labeled with a confidence label: extracted means that it is clearly written in the source code, and inferred means that it is inferred by the tool. Agents can mark evidence when citing conclusions, and you can see at a glance which ones are guesses.

Code parsing uses tree-sitter AST, covering about 40 languages, deterministic, no LLM, zero points; only semantic content such as documents, PDFs, and images will call your configured model.

graph.html: Open in the browser is a tension map that can be clicked, filtered, and searched, and the color represents the automatically detected community (subsystem).

GRAPH_REPORT.md: Key concepts, unexpected connections, suggestions for follow-up questions, suitable for direct posting into the session as an introduction to the project.

graph.json: Full atlas, then query/path/explain all based on it, without having to re-read the source code.

Requires Python 3.10 + with uv (or pipx). The official package name is graphifyy (double y), and the command is still graphify: uv tool install graphifyy, and then graphify install.

graphify install automatically identifies your assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot and more than 20 other platforms) and registers the skills without configuring them one by one.

Type/graphify in the assistant session. You can create a diagram for the current directory; add --update to parse only the changed files, and add --no-viz to skip HTML as long as the report and JSON.

The download button provides Graphify v0.9.94 official PyPI source code package (tar.gz, 2.79 MB), including CLI and all skill files, which can be installed offline: pip install./graphifyy-0.9.94.tar.gz.

After installing, run graphify hook install first, and then every time you submit the automatic incremental reconstruction map, the agent is always a new view.
