IT House previously reported that Walker S Lite has previously entered the national-level intelligent manufacturing demonstration plant of FAW-Volkswagen Qingdao Branch for vehicle quality inspection training, seamlessly integrated with the factory automation control system, and can accurately and efficiently perform complex tasks. The cooperation between the two sides is a further expansion to the logistics scene on the basis of the existing ones. For the application of humanoid robots in real-world scenarios such as industrial manufacturing, it is preferable to have built four core technology clusters, including embodying the brain, human-like cerebellum, high-performance ontology, and group intelligence. In the core field of embodied brain, it is optimal to build a full-stack self-developed technology system of "base model - world model - action model", so that the robot has the complete personal intelligence ability of "understanding the world - predicting the world - decision-making action". In terms of production capacity, the Liuzhou Industrial Humanoid Robot Super Intelligent Factory was officially put into operation on September 12, 2026, positioning it as the world's first humanoid robot intelligent manufacturing benchmark factory adapted to ten thousand units of production capacity. According to the government portal of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the factory covers an area of 14,000 square meters. It mainly produces Walker S series and Cruzr series intelligent industrial humanoid robots. It can offline 1 robot every 10 minutes. The annual planned production capacity exceeds 10,000 units, and it has landed the intelligent manufacturing mode of "building robots with robots". According to Preferred's 2025 annual results report, the company's total annual revenue reached 20.01 billion yuan, an increase of 53.3% year-on-year, ranking first among humanoid robot companies in the world. In the full-size smart humanoid robot (non-remote control non-toy, height more than 160cm, brain chip computing power ≥ 200t) subcategory, it is preferred to achieve revenue of 820 million yuan, an increase of 2203.7% year-on-year, sales of 1079 units, revenue and sales are ranked first in the world.
