Promote the application of "Internet + artificial intelligence" supervision, clarify that food production and operation enterprises should install monitoring equipment in the key risk links of food production and operation, and connect real-time monitoring video information to the information system of the market supervision and management department of the local people's government at or above the county level; give the supervision department off-site inspection authority such as Internet of Things monitoring and video inspection. The second is to compact the main responsibility. Fifth, improve the legal responsibility system. Classify and set differentiated penalties according to the type of violation; strictly implement the "punishment to people", and impose penalties on those responsible for intentional violations, bad nature, and serious consequences caused by illegal acts; complete the penalty clauses corresponding to the new obligations to increase the cost of violations; implement the food safety credit management system, and implement cross-departmental dishonesty punishment.
