/replica-recon: Reverse any app, starting from the public page, app store page, screenshots and your own account, output the screen, process, components and inferred data model, and write it into the replica/directory in the project.

/replica-architect and/replica-design: The former defines the technology stack, database structure, and API, and the latter turns the screenshot into a design token to reconstruct colors, fonts, spacing, and component systems (with your own material).

/replica-build and/replica-backend: The former rebuilds the interface screen by screen according to the recon map, and the latter integrates with login registration, database, payment and third parties.

/replica-test and/replica-diff: The former writes the test plan according to the mapped process and clicks on the bug one by one. The latter compares the replica version with the original version and gives a list of parity consistency scores and missing functions.

/replica-entrepreneur: Go to the App Store, G2, Capterra, Reddit to read real user reviews, group complaints by number of articles and citations, and turn them into your version of the improved list and positioning angle.

/replica-brand,/replica-launch, and/replica-deploy: re-brand, write landing pages and store copy, and deploy to your own domain.

Skill packages write the boundaries at the prompt level: only study what the app does, how people go through the process, and then rewrite it with new code; do not copy the original source code, logo, trademark, copywriting, and private API.

The project's built-in scanning tool checks to see if the original app's name, domain, and color scheme remain in the codebase (even for identifiers like OriginalAppEmbed), and the deployment skill refuses to go live until the scan is clean.

the recon skill reads only the public page and the user's own account, and does not bypass login to capture data; if the account terms prohibit it from being used as a competitor, it also reads only the public page.

It breaks down “figuring out what to do” and “actually do it” into two verifiable pieces of work: upfront, it gives a quantifiable degree of agreement with recon and diff, rather than judging “like or unlike” by feeling.

The example in the README shows that after reading 140 bad reviews of booking apps, Entrepreneur Skills found that users complained about "seating increase" and "no SMS reminder", so the reproduction version was changed to fixed price plus SMS reminder - which is the most lacking market judgment of independent developers.

Installation is extremely beginner-friendly: send the warehouse address to Claude and say install skill, or go to the Claude Code plugin market; if you do not install Claude Code, you can paste any SKILL.md to the top of the conversation and run as a mode (you will lose Python tools).

Installation method three (copy yourself): copy the replica- * directory in the unzip package as a whole to ~/.claude/skills/(global) or .claude/skills/(current repository only) in the project. The tool requires Python 3.8 or higher and does not require pip to install any dependencies.
